Cancellation and Returns
At Contour Fajas, each faja is 100% individually tailor-made and handmade according to the customer’s preferences and measurements. Hence, we DO NOT accept returns or offer exchanges/refunds for any reason except production error.
- In the case of a production error, the customer is required to take and upload a picture of him/herself wearing the product displaying the error and email this information to info@contourfajas.com. Incorrect measuring does not qualify as production error.
- We provide both a diagram and video showing how to correctly take the measurements required for your bespoke faja. This means we cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements being submitted and will not issue refunds or replacements for these errors. Anyone who feels they are struggling with the measurements can book a measuring appointment with one of our Certified Contour Consultants. Appointments can be booked by completing our appointment request form on our website under the section “Appointments”.
- Since your garment is handmade and not machine-made, slight variations in the fit of two finished garments produced with the same body measurements may occur, but this is not noticeable.
- Once an order is placed online or in person, it is processed immediately and the production process is commenced instantly. Please note that we do not accept any cancellation of orders after the order has been placed. This also means we do not accept changes to orders once orders are placed.
- All prices quoted on our website are shown is three currencies GBP, USD and EUR and they do not include taxes, duties or shipping. However, in most countries there is an exemption quota that allows some merchandise (depending on the value of the package) to be received free from taxes and duties. This quota varies from country to country and we would advise you to check with your country’s custom and tax department about this, just to be sure. Please note that Contour Fajas is not responsible for any possible taxes and duties, this is to be covered by the customer.
- Shipping costs are to be covered solely by the customer and these are calculated by the website depending on the weight and size of the order using DHL’s current rates. These rates are subject to change and maybe amended annually if their pricing changes.
- Confirmation emails of purchase will always be sent to the email provided upon completion of order placement. Customers are kindly requested to check that emails from our company are not marked as junk or spam. Customers are also kindly requested to contact info@contourfajas.com if they do not receive the emails due to unforeseen Technical reasons.
- Products ordered cannot be cancelled. All products will be shipped to the delivery address as the company will not cancel, hold nor store any order and product once produced.
- As an act of goodwill, customer service and strive for excellence, Contour Fajas will inform customers if we suspect incorrect measurement submissions. However, we will not hold orders for more than 48 hours. Suspicion of incorrect measurement submissions may also add to the delivery period.
- The fabric colour descriptions seen on our website are solely intended for our brand. They do not correspond to other general descriptions of the colour mentioned by any other sources or brands.
- Should there be a discrepancy in the invoice you receive, please email our customer service team and we will send you an updated official invoice.
- Please note if any faja has been manufactured in a standard size for the customer this item is non returnable and all sales are final. This is due to the nature and intended use of the product.
Return and cancellation information for Stage 1 or Stage 2 Compression Bundle orders
- Cancellations for orders of any Stage 1 or Stage 2 Compression Bundles are not accepted.
- The fajas included within these bundles whether standard sizes or made to measure are for post surgical use and classified as an undergarment. This means returns are not accepted under any circumstances and no refunds will be issued.
Return and cancellation information for Waist Trainer orders
- Cancellations of orders are not accepted once orders are placed.
- Returns are accepted providing we are notified within 14 days of receipt by email to Info@contourfajas.com.
- The Waist Trainer must be in new condition and is to be returned to our factory at the expense of the customer.
- Once received the item will be inspected and providing it is deemed to be in new condition the order amount less shipping charge will be refunded to the customer.
- The refund will be issued using the same method of payment that the customer used for purchase except for cash payments. For cash sales the customer will be granted store credit only.
Return and cancellation information for Wrap Around Lipo Foam orders
- Cancellations of order are not accepted once orders are placed.
- Returns are accepted providing we are notified within 14 days of receipt by email to Info@contourfajas.com
- Due to the nature of the product and its intended use, the Wrap Around Lipo Foam must be in new condition and not have been removed from the original plastic wrapping.
- The item must be returned to our factory address at the expense of the customer.
- Once received the item will be inspected and providing it is deemed to be in new condition the order amount less shipping charge will be refunded to the customer.
- The refund will be issued using the same method of payment that the customer used for purchase except for cash payments. For cash sales the customer will be granted store credit only.
