Contour Fajas garments are shipped immediately upon production completion. We aim to manufacture and dispatch in 10 to 13 labor days after receiving the customer’s measurements. If incorrect measurements are submitted by the customer this will add to the dispatch time as we try to resolve.

Orders are shipped directly from our production facilities in Colombia to the customer’s door without separate warehousing in order to minimize delivery time and carbon footprint.

We ship worldwide using FedEx and this usually takes between 1 to 4 working days from the date of shipping to arrive at the customer’s door. In rare cases the delivery time might be subject to influences beyond our control such as natural disasters, in this instance delivery may take longer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FEDEX DOES NOT DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES

The customer will receive their tracking information directly from FedEx by email once collected from us.

NOTE – All prices quoted on our website are shown in two currencies GBP or USD and they do not include taxes and duties. However, in most countries there is an exemption quota that allows some merchandise (depending on the value of the package) to be received free from taxes and duties. This quota varies from country to country, and we would advise you to check with your country’s custom and tax department about this, just to be sure.

Please note that Contour Fajas is not responsible for any possible taxes, duties, which are to be covered by the customer, nor are we responsible for delays or seizure from customs or government agency in the destination country.

HOLIDAYS IN COLOMBIA –

We manufacture and dispatch from Colombia meaning our production facilities will be closed on National Holidays. These closures will delay orders being processed but we endeavor to cause the least amount of disruption to our customers.
